Ingredients for Makhani Sauce:
- 2 cups sliced tomatoes
- 1/4 cup Pureheart Natural Cashew Nutpaste
- 1/4 cup Pureheart Natural Almonds Nutreat
- 1 sliced onion
- 2 tbsp chopped green chillies
- 2 tbsp chopped garlic
- 1 tsp kasuri methi
- 2 tbsp ghee
- 1 tbsp red chilli powder
- 1/2 tbsp turmeric powder
- 1/2 tbsp coriander powder
- Salt & sugar to taste
- Heat 1 tbsp ghee, add all ingredients except the Nutpaste
- Mix well, cook till tomatoes turn soft
- Allow it to cool completely and grind into a smooth sauce
- In a separate pan take 1 tsp ghee, saute the Natural Cashew Nutpaste for 2 to 3 minutes
- Add the previous mix
- Stir very well. If the sauce is too thick - add 1/4 cup water
- Boil for 4 to 5 minutes
- Keep it aside
- 1/2 cup french fries
- 1/2 cup boiled spaghetti or boiled rice
- 1/2 cup sliced and boiled veggies you prefer. French beans, carrots, baby corn and broccoli are loved by many
- 3 to 4 pieces potato cutlets
- Some cabbage leaves
- Some butter
- Heat a sizzler plate
- With the flame on, arrange the spaghetti/rice, veggies & cutlets on the plate as per your preference
- Generously pour the Makhani sauce over the plate
- Let it sizzle for 2 minutes
- Serve hot
