Why have I not received my product yet?
Mostly, all the orders are shipped from our end as per the promised shipment
date; however, there may be some unforeseen circumstances, which may affect
the shipment or the delivery estimates. In this case, we’ll send an e-mail,
intimating you about the issue and the revised shipment/delivery date.
You can also see the order status by clicking on & "My Account" at the top right
corner of the page.
Force Majeure- Which includes An act of god, natural calamity, pandemic, floods, fire,
government restrictions etc.
An act of God is categorised as an event outside of Human control and which results in
shipments being cancelled by a carrier or encountering difficulties.
Examples include: extreme meteorological instances, such as an earthquake, flooding or
storms and health pandemics, such as Covid-19,
Most carriers will limit or refuse compensation if a shipment is lost, damaged or interrupted
during an act of God event.

How can I know the status of my order(s)?
o Registered users can check the order details by clicking on "My Orders".
o Next page will show you all your existing and previous orders placed
during the past 3 months. To view older orders, you may select the
Start & End Date and Click Go.
o Click on the Order ID you want to know about.
o Guest users can check the order details by clicking on "Track Order"
o Enter your Email Address and the Order ID and click on "Track" button
o You can review your order details on the next page.

How does Pureheart.com pack items?
Don't worry. All items are carefully packaged to avoid any form of damage. We ensure the packaging is considering all the circumstances.

What if I find my package opened or tampered upon delivery?
Please don't accept an open or tampered package. Notify us ASAP.


Pureheart process to deliver orders is a crucial step for the success of online
1. Order received:
Once an order is made on the website, the system automatically and instantly
checks if the customer submitted all the necessary information: name, address
of delivery, payment & shipping methods. next customer gets an email,
informing him that the order is well received. Otherwise, buyer is notified to
submit what is required.

2. Order processing
When we receive the order successfully, stocks are checked and start processing
the order. Item is picked and prepare for shipping. This includes making sure
that they’re not defected, packing them carefully to secure a safe shipping. Next
is to attach a sticker to inform the item is fragile, or indicating the direction of
the product inside the package.
The last thing to do before notifying the courier to pick it up, is to stick a label
.This label includes information like destination, customer name and contacts,
weight, size, shipping ID...etc. Now the order is well packed and ready for pickup.
The warehouse or stock department informs the shipper to pick it up.

3. Order on its way
The courier picks up the package same day or second during the time slots the
warehouse is open. A real time data is provided to the buyer tracking is possible
with the help of the Tracking id provide with each parcel. This allows the
customer to track their order using the shipping ID

4. Order is delivered
After going through the previous 3 steps, the package is finally delivered to the
customer, who will sign a receipt proving that the order is well delivered. After
handing over the order.

Jurisdiction of disputes

In case of any disputes or legal matters arising out of the transactions through the
website will be carried out under the judicial jurisdiction of Kollam, Kerala state.
