Make Festive Cooking Happy with our Natural Cashew Nutpaste

If we were to make a list of popular Indian sweets made during festivities, that would be a never-ending list! Here is a very simple recipe for Kaju Phirni - one of the most loved preparations! 

Serves: 2-3 people
Prep before cooking:

  1. Boil 1 small cup of white rice. Grind it to make 2-3 tbsps of paste
  2. Slice Pureheart Natural Almonds into thin slivers
  • 1-litre milk
  • 2-3 tbsps of rice paste
  • 2 tbsps Pureheart Natural Cashew Nutpaste
  • Custard mix or saffron mix for colour
  • Sugar as per your preference
  • A small bowl of sliced Pureheart Natural Almonds 
  • A small bowl of sliced Pureheart Natural Cashews
  • Boil 1 litre of milk on medium flame till it becomes slightly thick 
  • Once thick, add around 2-3 tbsps of crushed or powdered rice and sugar as per your preference. Mix well
  • Let the mixture boil for 10 mins
  • Add 2 tbsps of Pureheart Natural Cashew Nutpaste and mix well
  • If you’d like, add a custard mix or saffron mix for colour
  • Add sliced dry fruits and let the mixture of all ingredients boil for another 5 mins
  • Then keep it aside to cool
  • Once cool, sprinkle sliced Pureheart Natural Almonds and sliced Pureheart Natural Cashews
