Ingredients:
- Condensed Milk - 200 gram
- Desi Ghee - 1 tbsp
- Fresh Milk - 4 cups
- Quinoa - ½ cup
- Water - 1 cup
- Cashews - 8-10
- Raisins - 8-10
- Elaichi Powder - ½ tsp
How To Cook:
- Rinse the quinoa after thoroughly cleaning it. For three whistles, cook the rinsed quinoa in the pressure cooker.
- Set the nuts apart after being roasted in ghee till turning golden brownish.
- In a pan, bring milk to a boil. Now add condensed milk along with elaichi powder in a mixing bowl. Heat on a moderate flame for 2-3 minutes.
- Next, stir in the prepared quinoa and simmer for several minutes over low heat.

- Condensed Milk - 200 gram
- Desi Ghee - 4 tbsp
- Fresh Milk - 5 cups
- Thin Vermicelli - 1/3 cup
- Seedless Dates (sliced) - 5
- Blanched and Sliced Almonds - 10
- Cashews - 10
- Sliced Pistachios - 10
- Chironji - 2 tbsp
- Melon Seeds - 1 tbsp
- Kishmish - 10
How To Cook:
- Take 2 tbsp Ghee in a saucepan and cook the vermicelli till golden brown. Set it aside.
- Heat the milk to boiling in a pot, then add the cooked vermicelli. Heat, occasionally stirring, till the vermicelli is mushy and ready.
- Mix in the condensed milk and the dates thoroughly. Heat the mix till it thickens. Now keep it in a mixing bowl.
- Roast almonds, cashews, pistachio, chironji, and melon seeds in a pan with 2 tbsp ghee.

- Condensed Milk - 200 gram
- Dahi/Indian Yogurt - 1 cup
- Maida/All-purpose Flour - 100 gms
- Almond Powder - 100 gms
- Baking Powder - 1½ tsp

- Vanilla Essence - 1 tsp
- Eggs - 3
For Lemon Icing:
- Condensed Milk - 100 gram
- Fresh Lime Juice - 2 tbsp
- Fresh Cream - ½ cup

How To Cook:
Almond Cake:
- Preheat the oven to 1800 degrees Fahrenheit. Cover a baking tray using flour and gently oil it.
- Combine maida, almond powder, and baking powder in a mixing bowl. Set aside for now.
- In a mixing dish, melt the butter, then add the condensed milk and whip until smooth. Mix in the vanilla extract.
- Gently whisk in each egg, mix in the maida mix and thoroughly blend. Mix in the dahi until it reaches a dripping smoothness.
- Pour the mixture into the baking pan. Now, bake it for about 40-45 minutes.
- Take it out and set it aside to cool down. Place on a cooling rack or tray to cool.
Lemon Icing:
