Ingredients:
- 1/4 cup Pureheart Nutspread Choco Mixed Nuts
- 1/4 cup chilled milk
- 1 cup vanilla ice-cream
- 1/2 Kg chocolate or vanilla sponge
- 1/2 cup chopped fruits like banana, apple, pomegranate and grapes
- Some choco chips & colour sprinklers
- Some chopped Pureheart Natural Almonds Nutreat
Method:
- Mix Pureheart Nutspread Choco Mixed Nuts well with chilled milk, keep it aside
- Slice sponge cake, keep top layer aside
- Layer Nutspread evenly on the sponge
- Arrange fruits evenly on the soaked sponge
- Sprinkle Pureheart Natural Almonds Nutreat
- Spread vanilla ice cream evenly
- Arrange the sponge layer exactly on top of the ice cream layer
- Freeze the cake for 6 to 8 hours & serve
