FRUIT & NUT ICE-CREAM CAKE by Bhavika Bhuta

How can ice-cream cake be a healthy dessert? With some fruit & nut magic as you'll see in recipe #4 fro Bhavika!

Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup Pureheart Nutspread Choco Mixed Nuts
  • 1/4 cup chilled milk
  • 1 cup vanilla ice-cream
  • 1/2 Kg chocolate or vanilla sponge
  • 1/2 cup chopped fruits like banana, apple, pomegranate and grapes
  • Some choco chips & colour sprinklers
  • Some chopped Pureheart Natural Almonds Nutreat

Method:

  • Mix Pureheart Nutspread Choco Mixed Nuts well with chilled milk, keep it aside
  • Slice sponge cake, keep top layer aside
  • Layer Nutspread evenly on the sponge
  • Arrange fruits evenly on the soaked sponge
  • Sprinkle Pureheart Natural Almonds Nutreat
  • Spread vanilla ice cream evenly
  • Arrange the sponge layer exactly on top of the ice cream layer
  • Freeze the cake for 6 to 8 hours & serve
