Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup crumbled paneer
- 1/4 cup boiled & mashed potatoes
- 2 tbsp chopped coriander leaves
- 1 tsp chopped green chillies
- 1/4 cup Pureheart Nutreat Salted Almonds, Salted Cashews & Salted Pistachios chopped
- 1 tsp Garam Masala
- 1 tsp Kasuri Methi
- 2 tbsp chopped onions
- 2 tbsp grated cheese
- Salt to taste
- Whole wheat flour for 4 parathas
Method:
- Mix everything and make the filling for paratha
- Roll the dough into a small circle, place the filling into a circle and close the dough from all sides
- Roll this nutty dough into a paratha, don't press much to avoid the stuffing oozing out
- Heat a tava and allow it to cook on medium flame till they become crispy from both sides.
- Serve hot with dahi or raita
