“Western India Cashew Company is a leading corporate citizen of the country and always willing to lend its services for the betterment of the community. Given the scarcity of blood in blood banks and hospitals (due to the pandemic), WICC organized a blood donation camp at Kollam, Kerala. This was done in collaboration with the Indian Medical Association. Many employees of the company participated in the noble cause and donated their blood. The Medical Association Chief appreciated the social responsibility, community involvement and effort taken and awarded the organization with a credit certificate”.
