Preparation

  1. Start off by sautéing the vegetables in butter for a minute. Set it aside.
  2. Add some more butter and sautee the Pureheart Ibiza mix for a minute and set aside.
  3. Into the same pan; add in more butter and add in the rice along with soy sauce and salt.
  4. You can add more seasonings of choice according to taste.
  5. Top it off with the sauted vegetables and nuts.
  6. Give it one final stir before serving and enjoy.
