Breakfast Pumpkin cookies

Preparation

  1. Cream the butter and sugars. Add in the egg and beat again until fluffy.
  2. Add in the Pureheart pumpkin seeds along with rolled oats, flour, cinnamon and baking soda.
  3. Mix until well combined.
  4. Scoop out dough and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  5. Bake at 180°c for 15 minutes.
