High protein smoothie

Preparation

  1. Start off by soaking the Pureheart chia seeds, pumpkin seeds and sunflower seeds. Soak them for a minimum of 2 hours or overnight.
  2. Into a blender add in milk and soaked dates.
  3. Add in the soaked seeds and blend until very well combined.
  4. Pour out one glass. To the remaining mixture add in strawberries or any berry of choice and blend until well combined.
  5. Enjoy cold and immediate.
