- Start off by soaking the Pureheart chia seeds, pumpkin seeds and sunflower seeds. Soak them for a minimum of 2 hours or overnight.
- Into a blender add in milk and soaked dates.
- Add in the soaked seeds and blend until very well combined.
- Pour out one glass. To the remaining mixture add in strawberries or any berry of choice and blend until well combined.
- Enjoy cold and immediate.
